Salon Sunday: Activism in the Arts

Join us to discuss if, when, and how we use the arts as a
platform for protest or dialogue and what history can tell us about
how the arts were used to raise public awareness. Artists working
in any discipline are invited to bring in slides and CDs of their work.
Each artist is allotted a time to speak, followed by Q&A. Network over cookies and coffee. The public is always invited to meet area artists and join the discussion. Philip Read and Sing-Ying Ho, facilitators.
